Reliable PR & Marketing is Chris and Lauren Harris. We founded the agency in 2021 in Bakersfield, California to do marketing the way we always wished agencies would: senior people on every account, strategy before tactics, and no junior staff learning on your dime.
The story
Started in 2021. Built
on what frustrated us.
We started Reliable PR & Marketing because we kept watching founders spend tens of thousands of dollars with agencies and walk away with a Notion template, a junior account manager, and a hope that something would stick.
That is not what good marketing looks like. Good marketing looks like a senior team that understands your business deeply, a strategy that is custom-built around your brand, and execution that the same team who designed the strategy actually runs.
So we built that. A 2-person agency where Chris and Lauren do every account personally. Where the discovery call is run by the people who will do the work. Where the strategy is built by humans, not slotted into a template. Where execution does not get handed off to whoever's cheapest in another time zone.
